ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
Asbestos abatement is the complete removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from a structure. It is required when ACM has been damaged, is at risk of disturbance due to planned renovation or demolition, or poses an ongoing health or compliance risk.
Our team handles the full process: site assessment, state permitting, containment setup, removal, and compliant disposal at an approved facility. All work is performed by Colorado-certified abatement workers and supervised by a certified competent person. A copy of the state permit is maintained on site throughout the project.

Under Colorado Regulation No. 8, Part B, buildings must be inspected for asbestos-containing materials before demolition or significant renovation can begin. Newer structures may qualify for an exemption if due diligence confirms no asbestos-containing materials were used in original construction or subsequent renovations. That determination must be made by a licensed architect, project engineer, or Colorado-certified Asbestos Building Inspector.

ASBESTOS ENCAPSULATION
Not every situation requires full removal. When asbestos-containing material (ACM) is well adhered to the underlying substrate and requires stabilization to eliminate an airborne hazard, encapsulation is a cost-effective alternative under Colorado and Federal Regulations.
Encapsulation involves applying a protective coating or covering over the ACM to prevent asbestos fibers from becoming airborne. Our team evaluates the condition and location of the material to determine whether encapsulation is the right approach for your project, and documents the work to satisfy inspection and compliance requirements.
